2. Product Information

  • All products listed on Alifeo are handcrafted and may have minor natural variations in color, shape, and texture. These are not considered defects.

  • Product images are for representation only. Actual products may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on the website/app are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

  • We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payments for orders within India.

  • International orders must be prepaid.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS.

  • Shipping timelines are generally 4–7 working days within India. International delivery time varies by country.

  • In rare cases of delay due to courier/logistics, Alifeo will not be held liable beyond reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a proper unboxing video as proof.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and verified.

6. Bulk Orders

  • We accept bulk and wholesale orders from India and overseas.

  • Customization, delivery timelines, and pricing for bulk orders will be shared upon inquiry.

  • Bulk order inquiries must be submitted via email at yahya@alifeo.com or khalid@alifeo.com.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Alifeo, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Alifeo and may not be used without written permission.

  • Any unauthorized use of content will be considered a violation of copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Alifeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.

  • We do not guarantee that our website or app will be free of errors, viruses, or interruptions.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
