Return & Refund Policy

At Alifeo, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted products with care and quality. However, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we are here to help.

Return Window:

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
We do not accept return requests after 3 days from the delivery date.

Valid Reasons for Return:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective or broken

Please note: Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind or slight color/texture variations, as all products are handmade.


Required Proof for Return:

To qualify for a return or refund, you must send a clear unboxing video showing:

  1. The sealed parcel being opened

  2. The product condition as soon as it’s out of the box

  3. Any visible defect or issue

This video must be recorded without any cuts or pauses and sent to our team on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return:

  1. Record the parcel opening video as described above

  2. Send the video along with your order ID and issue details to our WhatsApp support

  3. Our team will verify the request and respond within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the same product, or

    • A refund via your original payment method


Important Notes:

  • No return will be accepted without a valid unboxing video

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
